Cancellation and Dispatch policy

If you make an error in your order and contact us before we have dispatched the order we will cancel the transaction and there will be no charge. Goods will normally be shipped to UK addresses on the same or next working day by first class post. Foreign shipments vary please contact us for details and shipping rates. However please allow up to 10 days for your goods to arrive before reporting non-receipt. If paying by cheque or bank transfer your order will not ship until your payment has cleared our account so you need to add 5 working days to the above times.

If we are unable to supply a particular item in your order then we will let you know and indicate when it is expected in stock again and either forward it on receipt of stock or give a full refund if you prefer. (Sometimes we get several orders to process and one of these uses the last stock but there is another order to fulfill)

Returns and Refunds

We try our best to ensure both that our goods arrive in good condition and are packed to our best ability. If your goods are not satisfactory or arrive damaged please return them to us within 28 days and we will replace them free of charge and with free reshipping. If you prefer a refund then, provided you send the goods back then we will refund the cost of the goods and if damaged in transit the cost of shipping as well.
